• Write, edit and produce department email marketing messages from development, marketing, event operations and ticketing areas
• Chief liaison between staff of constituent relationship management (CRM) software vendor and UT Athletics staff regarding construction of outgoing electronic communications

• Responsible for the design, maintenance and updating of all official UT Athletics web sites

• Designed the Longhorn Scoreboard e-newsletter currently in use
• Of the 275 email marketing messages sent (9,247,159 total emails), none have had to be resent due to production or design errors.
• As of April 2, the average open rate across all emails is 22.9% and the average clickthrough rate is 4.8%. (The average clickthrough rate across all industries for CRM communications is 4.27% and average open rates are anywhere between 20-40%.)
• Designed and implemented the procedure by which Athletics Dept. staff requests approval of an email marketing message.
• Compiled the first department External Services style guide. The style guide is published online and updated regularly.
• Created protocols for web staff to create consistency across all postings to department web sites
• Created and edited, along with the department's marketing director, the original football and basketball fan guides for TexasSports.com
