Leverage vast knowledge of banking processes and the core system, Symitar, to assist in the
development of new programs and applications. This includes upgrades and patches to the core
system, updating evening and batch processes, implementing new compliance regulations within
parameters, statements, forms, and credit reporting, integrating with third party platforms, and
performing the programming functions of the core system, and related applications. Work with
end users and teams to gather requirements, define scope, research, design, document, and
modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. Create and test software
code and system changes to ensure successful implementation of programs and applications.

Online Banking and IVR Conversion
Worked with end users and teams to gather requirements, design, document, and modify
specifications throughout the conversion process. Created and maintained Symitar code for batch
extracts, user enrollment, and reporting. Continue to work with vendor to resolve issues and
develop new implementations based on user and member feedback.
