Sales Support Specialist

Supported Business, Services, and Enterprise Sales Support Organizations. As Sales Support Specialist, responsible for handling issues related to orders, returns, and reports, customer replacement units, Apple internal departmental orders, State and Local Government and Federal accounts, Developer accounts. Additionally, supported Apple and Microsoft software volume licensing, PowerSchool services order management, and Professional Services. Responded to inquiries on incoming 800 line. Responsible for supporting the following accounts: CompUSA, Tech Data, Sears, VARs, etc. Responsible for reviewing and processing refund credits for all reseller sales exceptions and volume purchase agreements. Primary contact for all Enterprise accounts. Responsible for creation of daily reports of open orders and shipments using Excel macros for presentation to manager of Sales Support Operations. Creation of custom databases and reporting systems.
